Fully stainless steel

EMVO Techniek has been a specialist for over 40 years when it comes to pressure gauges, thermometers, and pressure transmitters. As a wholesaler we always have a wide range of them in stock. So, in case you need a fully stainless-steel pressure gauge, or any other gauge, we can help you.

What is stainless steel?

Stainless steel is a type of steel that is very resistant to corrosion. It is an alloy of iron and carbon to which chrome is added. The chrome element takes up at least 10.5% of the alloy and increases corrosion resistance significantly. It forms a thin, oxygen proof layer on the surface that prevents the steel from rusting. Sometimes, extra elements are added to the alloy such as nickel, manganese, or niobium to further increase corrosion resistance.

Fully stainless-steel dry pressure gauges

Our range contains two dry application pressure gauges with fully stainless-steel cases, including its connection. They are suitable in situations where the pressure gauge may come into contact with aggressive fluids or gases. They can manage temperatures between -20° and +65° C, and the measured medium can reach a temperature of 100°C. They make use of a Bourdon tube and both models are available in varied sizes:

  • Model 7021
    - Has a stainless-steel bottom connection.
    - Case diameter of 63 mm: blow-out protection on the top side.
    - Case diameter of 100 mm: blow-out protection on the back side
  • Model 7025
    - Has a stainless-steel back connection.
    - Is available with a case diameter of 63 mm or 100 mm.

Of course, you can choose a substantial number of graduations for your display, so you will always find the right pressure gauge for your application. Please take into account that the expected maximum pressure is only two thirds of the total pressure gauge range; that way, in case of overpressure, there is a certain margin.
