Stainless steel case

If you are looking for a glycerin filled pressure gauge for panel assembly with a stainless steel case, you have come to the right place at EMVO Techniek. Our catalogue offers you many possibilities and options. All models are available directly from stock.

Glycerin pressure gauges

The big advantage of glycerin filled pressure gauges is, that they are more resistant to sudden blows, vibrations or surges of pressure. The glycerin absorbs these movements, which stabilizes the needle and wearing of the instrument.

Stainless steel

A glycerin filled pressure gauge for panel assembly that is to be used in environments where corrosion may occur, should have a stainless steel casing. That’s because stainless steel is very resistant to rust: it consists of the steel alloy of iron and carbon to which a bit of chromium is added. The chromium will form a paper thin, oxygen proof layer on the surface of the steel and prevent it from rusting. In such situations, using a pressure gauge with a normal steel case, corrosion will damage your manometer, making it inoperable.

Types

Our range of glycerin filled pressure gauges for panel assembly with stainless steel case consists of two types:

7212

The 7212 glycerin filled pressure gauges for panel assembly with stainless steel case is available in three versions and two diameters: 63 mm and 100 mm. All versions are provided with a brass bottom connection and they all have three little screw holes for easy and secured assembly of the pressure gauge onto a panel.

7216

Pressure gauges of this type are also available in three different versions and two different case diameters: 63 mm and 100 mm. The difference between these models and the 7212 models is that these stainless steel glycerin pressure gauges have a brass back connection. They can be assembled onto a panel using three little screw holes in the front flange of the instrument.
